Application Process

Step 1Confirmation of examination categories and required documents

  • If you are a first-time user, please check the "Application Procedures" page including examination categories and mandatory documents before starting the application process.

Step 2Application registration

  • Click the "Start Application Process" button to access the application registration page. Enter the necessary information including examination categories and personal information.
  • For details, please refer to the "Application Method" page.

Step 3Payment of examination fee


Step 4Printing application documents

  • Please print the documents required for application by logging in to the list of screens after payment is completed or MyPage.
  • For details, please refer to the "Application Method" and "Mandatory Documents" pages.

Step 5Submission of application documents

  • Application documents must be submitted by post, in person or by email to the graduate school affairs office within the application period.
  • For details, please refer to the "Mandatory Documents" page.

Preparation before Application Registration

Confirmation of Application Procedures

Please confirm the examination category, the application registration period, the payment period for the examination fee, and the deadline for submitting the application documents.
Please check the "Application Procedures" as they contain essential explanations and notes (such as application qualifications and examination methods.)

Confirmation of Payment

You can pay the entrance examination fee using a credit card, convenience store, bank/Japan Post Bank ATM (pay), or internet banking.
Please refer to the "Payment of Examination Fee" page to confirm details for submitting the payment.

PDF Display/Printing Software

Adobe Reader is required to display and print PDF versions of application documents and Application Procedures (PDF).

Paper Size

All documents must be printed on A4 size paper.
If you don't have a printer available, see「"I don't have a printer."」in the FAQ.

Email Address

The online application system uses your email address as an ID to log in to MyPage.
If you do not have an email address, please obtain an email address using a free email service before applying.
You can register with your mobile phone or smartphone email address. In that case, please check the settings of your device to ensure that you can receive emails from @fujita-hu.ac.jp.

Photo of Applicant

A photo of the applicant must be submitted as a .jpeg or .jpg file.
For details, please refer to the "Application Method" page.
The photo file needs to be uploaded at the time of application registration and must also be used for application documents.

Application documents

It will be an envelope for mailing documents to be submitted after application registration.
For details on the application documents to be submitted to each graduate school after completing the application registration, please refer to the "Mandatory Documents" page.
