After completing the online application registration, a printer that can handle A4 paper is required.

If you do not have a printer, you may secure a printer elsewhere after completing your application registration. Log in to MyPage from the guidance screen and print from the Application List. You may also save the PDF files to a USB, SD memory card, and other storage devices and use a multi-function copier at convenience stores for printing.

If the online environment is appropriate, you may use any computer.

However, if you want to receive email confirmation of your application, you should be able to access the account you have registered via email address. In addition, you need to confirm in advance that a printer handling A4 paper is available to print out your application confirmation card.

Free email addresses can be used for application.

However, note that the email provider may classify automatic notification emails sent by the system upon application registration as malicious or spam emails. They might fail to reach your inbox or may not be delivered at all.

(This is an issue with the system/mailer (computer/smartphone) settings of the email service provider.)

During application registration, send a test email from the “Email receiving confirmation” when entering your email address and confirm whether the email can be received.

Set the university domain (fujita-hu.ac.jp) as the recipient.

Mobile phone and smartphone email addresses can be used for application.

The registered address will be used for notifications that the application registration is complete. During application registration, send a test email from the “Email receiving confirmation” when entering your email address and confirm whether the email can be received.

Set the university domain (fujita-hu.ac.jp) as the recipient.

Use an ID photo similar to those used on formal documents such as CVs.

The ID photo may be taken at a photographer’s studio or with a speed photo booth.

  1. Photographer’s studio
    • Use a digitalization service. Some studios burn photograph data onto a CD-ROM, and some resize the photograph according to your requirements. In addition, some studios may transfer the photograph to the customer’s smartphone.
  2. Speed photo booth
    • Check whether the machine enables data transfer. Note that machines that only produce paper photos will not provide photo ID data.

You may also take your own photo with a digital camera or smartphone.
In this case, use a light-colored blank background with no unnecessary objects and take a photo with H:W 4:3 proportions with a clear resolution.

  • H:W 4:3 (photos taken with a digital camera or smartphone may also be used)
  • Photo of upper body from the front(from chest up and face clearly visible)、no hat, and blank background
  • Taken within three months of the application registration
  • Not modified or edited
  • JPEG (jpeg/jpg) data format
  • Image size within 3MB
